Requirements

  • Check the cuts of meat to ensure they are in line with specification, ensuring it meets with our high quality standards
  • Be able to recognise the different cuts of meat - full training will be given
  • Arrange the meat in packaging, complying with customer specifications
  • Weigh product and ensure correct
  • Reject any items (including packaging) which does not meet our quality specifications
  • Adhere to Health & Safety rules and procedures
  • Work in a cold environment
  • Be a team player
