General Manager (Russian Speaking) - Real Estate

About This Role

The General Manager will be responsible for the overall leadership of the company, ensuring all departments operate efficiently and in alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. This role is focused on structure, performance management, compliance, and sustainable growth — working closely with department heads, including Sales, to ensure execution at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee the entire brokerage operation, ensuring stability, structure, and accountability
• Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and performance standards
• Manage and optimize internal processes, reporting systems, and operational workflows
• Supervise department heads (including Sales and Operations), ensuring alignment with company goals and full compliance with Dubai regulations
• Monitor overall business performance, profitability, and cost control
• Establish a strong internal culture focused on discipline, responsibility, and results
• Build strategic partnerships with developers, partners, and service providers
• Identify and execute growth opportunities, including expansion and new business lines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Dubai real estate, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
• Proven experience managing a real estate brokerage or similar structure
• Fluent in Russian and English (mandatory)
• Strong operational and organizational leadership skills
• Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (RERA, Trakheesi, DLD processes)
• Experience in building structured, scalable companies (not just managing teams)
• Strong financial awareness and business acumen
• High level of accountability, discipline, and decision-making ability
• RERA certification is a strong advantage.
