Key responsibilities
- Lead pre-opening, opening and ongoing hotel operations.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan delivering sustainable commercial performance and owner returns.
- Build trusted relationships with owners, owner representatives and key stakeholders.
- Recruit, develop and inspire a high-performing leadership team and workforce.
- Establish Regent Jeddah as a leading luxury destination in Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East.
- Drive operational excellence and deliver guest experiences aligned with Regent brand standards.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth and profitability.
- Foster innovation, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Represent the hotel and brands with industry, government and community stakeholders.
- Champion talent development and colleague growth.
What we're looking for
- Proven General Manager experience with internationally recognised luxury or ultra-luxury hotel brands.
- Significant pre-opening and hotel opening leadership experience.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a record of sustainable business performance and owner value.
- Experience working closely with owners, investors and owner representatives.
- Demonstrated success building, leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality and evolving guest expectations.
- Middle East operating experience preferred.
- Fluent English is essential; Arabic is advantageous but not required.
