About This Role

Asas Althabat, a proud member of Alomar Holding Company, is a leading Saudi-based real estate brokerage specializing in residential properties throughout Riyadh. As we broaden our footprint in Riyadh’s vibrant and ever-evolving real estate market, we are on the lookout for an experienced General Manager – Real Estate Brokerage to spearhead and elevate the growth of Asas Althabat’s brokerage division.

This crucial leadership position offers the opportunity to drive business expansion, boost apartment sales success, foster strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and cultivate a top-tier, high-performing sales team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the overall management and growth of the real estate brokerage business, driving strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term vision and objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies designed to achieve ambitious revenue goals and increase market share, while continuously analyzing performance metrics to refine approaches.
  • Manage and enhance sales team performance by setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), providing ongoing training and mentorship, and systematically tracking progress to ensure consistent achievement and improvement.
  • Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with developers, landlords, investors, and key clients through effective communication, trust-building, and delivering tailored solutions that address their unique needs.
  • Identify and pursue new brokerage opportunities and strategic partnerships that have the potential to expand the company’s reach and diversify revenue streams, while carefully assessing risks and benefits.
  • Oversee all aspects of deal negotiation and closing processes to ensure favorable terms, timely execution, and high client satisfaction, while maintaining thorough documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and pricing dynamics diligently, utilizing this information to make informed business decisions and stay ahead in a rapidly evolving real estate landscape.
  • Ensure the effective use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, sales reporting, pipeline management, and performance tracking tools to optimize team productivity and maintain data accuracy.
  • Continuously improve internal processes, enhance customer experience, and increase operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing best practices across all levels of the brokerage operation.
  • Represent the company professionally and proactively with clients, partners, and stakeholders to strengthen the brand reputation and foster goodwill within the real estate community and beyond.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing real estate sales teams, including prior roles such as General Manager, Sales Director, Brokerage Manager, or Commercial Director
  • Proven track record in residential apartment sales, sales conversion rate improvement, and leading sales teams of 15+ agents or staff
  • Strong knowledge of the Riyadh residential real estate market (apartments)
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
  • Expertise in sales target management, performance tracking, lead conversion, and sales team KPI management
  • Experience negotiating brokerage agreements, unit allocations, sales terms, and commission structures with developers and property owners
  • Arabic language proficiency for client negotiations and daily operations
  • Saudi nationality and current residency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel across Riyadh for meetings and site visits

Preferred Qualifications:* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Experience in real estate market analysis, sales forecasting, and customer journey management
  • Established relationships with residential real estate investors and bulk/multiple-unit buyers
  • Real estate brokerage-related certification or license in Saudi Arabia
  • Sales, leadership, or real estate professional certifications
  • Ability to use a mobile phone and laptop for CRM, reporting, and communication
  • Flexible availability for evenings/weekends to accommodate client meetings and urgent deal closings
