General Manager - Food Distribution - FMCG

About This Role

Lead and scale the FMCG division with full P&L ownership, driving growth, profitability, and market expansion.

Responsibilities: Define and execute strategy, grow revenue and market share, oversee sales/marketing/distribution/supply chain, expand modern trade networks, identify new opportunities, manage budgeting and forecasting, ensure KSA regulatory compliance, and lead high-performing teams.

Profile: 20–25 years in FMCG with 5+ years in senior leadership, strong KSA/GCC market knowledge, and a proven track record in P&L management and business growth.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From ﷼30,000.00 per month
