General Manager / Outlet Manager / Shift Supervisor

Role overview

Operations and team leadership

• Oversee day-to-day outlet operations and ensure consistent service quality.
• Supervise staff, plan shifts, monitor performance metrics, and provide hands-on leadership during shifts.
• Manage inventory and basic budgeting and financial tracking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Customer and internal coordination

• Resolve customer issues and escalations while maintaining a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Coordinate with HR and other internal stakeholders.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Communicate clearly with team members and provide timely reports to senior management.

Required qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in outlet management, shift supervision, or general management within retail, hospitality, or a service environment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills, including team coordination, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
• Organizational and time-management abilities, with experience in scheduling, inventory oversight, and basic financial tracking.
• Effective communication and customer-service skills, including handling escalations.
• Proficiency with common office and point-of-sale software; comfort with reporting and documenting operational activities.
• Ability to balance on-site operational duties in Sharjah with remote administrative work.

Preferred qualifications

• A relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in business, management, hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the UAE or a similar market and familiarity with local regulations and workplace practices are advantageous.
