Part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility to work from home part of the time.

The role serves as a primary client contact and supports a positive client experience.

Respond to client inquiries and manage ongoing communication.
Support onboarding and coordinate HR service delivery.
Prepare basic reports and documentation; follow up on client feedback and requests.
Collaborate with internal colleagues, track action items, and maintain CRM or tracking-system records.
Help identify service improvements and support client retention.

Strong client service, relationship management, and communication skills.
Organization, time management, and follow-up skills for handling multiple requests and deadlines.
Basic proficiency with CRM or client tracking tools and common office software, including email, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment with reliability, accountability, and attention to detail.
Experience or education in human resources, business administration, or a related field is beneficial.
Exposure to client-facing, account coordination, or support work is an advantage.
Professional fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are a plus.
