We are establishing a brand-new modular manufacturing facility and are looking for a founding General Manager to build and lead the entire operation from the ground up.
This is a rare greenfield opportunity for a senior manufacturing leader to set the culture, processes, and team that will define the factory's future.

The Role
- You will hold full accountability for standing up and running a newly formed manufacturing facility, including:
- Full P&L ownership of manufacturing operations
- Leading production, planning, supply chain and all site-based functions
- Driving safety, quality, delivery and cost performance
- Implementing manufacturing strategy aligned to wider business objectives
- Overseeing continuous improvement and lean initiatives
- Leading, developing and succession-planning the senior site leadership team
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory, contractual and governance requirements
- Oversight of supporting functions including HR and accounting
About You
- Senior manufacturing leader from a regulated sector
- Proven experience leading production operations end-to-end
- Strong background in operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and KPIs
- Credible leader able to influence at all levels
- Track record of building teams and developing leadership capability
- Comfortable operating in secure, compliance-driven environments
- Degree qualified or equivalent experience in engineering or manufacturing
