Role Description
The General Manager will provide executive strategic, operational, and commercial leadership for Elite Pro FM.
The candidate will be responsible for driving business development, securing high-value contracts, managing strategic joint ventures, and ensuring executive-level execution of total facility management (TFM) projects across commercial, residential, and specialized sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- **Business Development & Commercial Growth:**
- Spearhead business development strategies to expand market share in the KSA facility management market, actively pitch, negotiate, and secure new tier-one commercial contracts and major institutional clients.
- **Strategic & Growth Leadership:**
- Define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap to maximize profitability and shareholder value.
- **Operational Excellence:**
- Oversee mobilization strategies, operational readiness, and high-quality TFM project delivery for newly acquired and existing accounts.
- **Joint Ventures & Alliances:**
- Manage and leverage strategic international protocols and joint venture partnerships to enhance corporate bidding capabilities.
- **Financial & P&L Responsibility:**
- Complete ownership of the corporate budget, P&L management, financial forecasting, and approval of the commercial structure for major proposals.
- **Governance & Board Reporting:**
- Provide regular revenue pipelines, strategic updates, and operational performance metrics directly to the Board of Directors.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Structure and mentor high-performing commercial, technical, and business development teams to achieve corporate KPIs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 12+ years of progressive senior leadership experience in the Facility Management industry, with a proven track record of commercial growth and successful business development in KSA market.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees (MBA) or senior FM certifications are advantageous.
- **Skills:**
- Strong pipeline management, commercial acumen, high-stakes negotiation skills, and a good network within the regional real estate and facility management sectors.
