Our client, a prestigious and dynamic cafe concept, is seeking an experienced and dedicated **General Manager** to lead their team in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**.
This is a **Full-Time** position for a motivated hospitality professional who can drive operational excellence, foster a positive team culture, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
The successful candidate will be fully responsible for all aspects of the cafe's performance, from financial management to day-to-day service, ensuring the establishment thrives as a premier destination.
Responsibilities
Oversee all daily cafe operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to brand standards.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and high performance.
Manage the cafe's financial performance, including budget setting, P&L analysis, cost control, and implementing strategies to maximise revenue.
Champion an exceptional level of customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience and addressing any feedback promptly and professionally.
Manage inventory, stock control, and supplier relationships to maintain optimal levels of high-quality products.
Ensure strict compliance with all local health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Develop and implement local marketing initiatives to attract new customers and build community engagement.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a senior management role, such as a General Manager or Cafe Manager, within the premium food and beverage sector.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrable experience managing budgets and P&L statements.
Exceptional leadership and team development skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
Outstanding customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
A genuine passion for coffee, food, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
