About the role
We are hiring a General Manager to take full ownership of our Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) business unit. This is a senior executive role for a proven P&L leader who can drive commercial growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion; including greenfield plants, new market entry while leading a large cross-functional team.
What you will own
- Full BU P&L — revenue, EBITDA, CapEx, and working capital
- RMC plant operations, fleet, quality (BS 8500 / EN 206), and supply chain
- Commercial strategy — pricing, key accounts, tenders, and channel growth
- Business development pipeline from prospecting through to contract award
- Greenfield and brownfield expansion projects, end to end
- M&A evaluation, JV structuring, and strategic alliances
- Cross-functional team leadership across operations, sales, logistics, and HSE
What we are looking for
- 10+ years in RMC experience essential
- 5+ years owning a full P&L as GM or BU Head with proven revenue and margin delivery
- Demonstrated track record in business development, expansion projects, or market entry
- GCC / MENA senior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Materials Engineering; MBA is a strong advantage
