The role requires extensive UAE experience in villa and high-rise building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site operations and workforce activities.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials to achieve project targets.
- Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on site.
- Conduct daily toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Inspect work quality and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Monitor productivity and report progress to site management.
- Ensure timely completion of activities in line with the project schedule.
- Maintain site housekeeping and proper material management.
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent technical qualification.
- 8–12 years of construction experience, including UAE villa and high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and site supervision.
- Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards and safety regulations.
