Overview
We are seeking an experienced General Foreman with strong UAE experience in villa and high-rise construction projects.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, managing manpower, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and as per project specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities on site.
- Manage and coordinate labor, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Monitor site productivity, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, and project management.
- Resolve site issues and maintain smooth workflow.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and project milestones.
- Maintain site discipline and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of UAE construction experience.
- Mandatory experience in villas and high-rise building projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and site coordination.
- Ability to manage large workforce and subcontractors.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
