Maintains and repairs mechanical equipment and systems within the property.
Works with other maintenance professionals to support the smooth operation of machinery.
Maintenance and repair duties
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Install, dismantle, and assemble mechanical components using appropriate tools and equipment.
- Interpret technical drawings and specifications to complete assembly and repairs accurately.
- Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and repair or replace faulty components.
- Record maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Support equipment installations and modifications, and help organize spare-parts inventory.
- Coordinate task priorities and schedules with the maintenance team.
- Stay current with developments in mechanical systems and technology.
Safety and development
- Follow health, safety, and environmental regulations, standards, and company procedures.
- Participate in training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
