The F&B Associate provides efficient and friendly food and beverage service to support exceptional guest experiences.
The role contributes to F&B operations through guest service, dining-area upkeep, and collaboration with colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests; take orders, answer questions, and make menu recommendations.
- Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure accurate, timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Serve meals and drinks according to established standards and presentation guidelines.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and courteously.
- Set up tables, clear dishes, and keep the dining area clean and organized.
- Coordinate service with the kitchen and F&B team.
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers.
- Process payments and cash transactions accurately.
- Follow hygiene, safety, and environmental, health, and safety policies.
- Restock supplies and collaborate with colleagues toward F&B goals and guest satisfaction.
