Compensation
- Remuneration is based entirely on an agreed commission structure; no fixed monthly salary is offered.
- Commission percentage, applicable collections, payment arrangements, and other terms will be discussed and mutually agreed before joining.
Schedule
- Six working days per week.
- Working hours and shift arrangements will be communicated during the interview.
- Immediate availability is requested.
Responsibilities
- Conduct dental examinations and consultations, diagnose conditions, and plan treatment.
- Perform general dentistry procedures, including fillings, scaling and polishing, routine extractions, and root canal treatments within clinical privileges.
- Assess oral health and recommend ethical, suitable, and cost-effective treatment options.
- Explain procedures, outcomes, risks, and aftercare to patients.
- Maintain patient records, clinical notes, treatment plans, and consent documentation.
- Follow DHA regulations, infection-control standards, patient-safety requirements, and clinic protocols.
- Provide follow-up care and maintain continuity of treatment.
- Support patient confidence, retention, and a positive patient experience through professional communication and ethical recommendations.
- Collaborate with reception, nursing, and management teams; comply with applicable healthcare regulations.
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid DHA licence or eligibility to practise as a General Dentist in Dubai, subject to applicable DHA requirements.
- At least one year of clinical work experience in Dubai.
- Good communication, clinical judgement, ethical treatment planning, and patient-management skills.
- Professional conduct, reliability, and commitment to quality patient care.
- Available to work six days per week and comfortable with commission-only compensation.
- Immediate availability is requested.
Preferred Clinical Skills
- Experience or knowledge in cosmetic dentistry, smile enhancement, aesthetic treatment planning, or cosmetic restorative procedures is advantageous.
- Experience with dental veneers, including case assessment, counselling, and treatment planning, is advantageous.
- Experience with complete or partial dentures and prosthetic rehabilitation is advantageous.
- Restorative dentistry experience is advantageous.
