Clinic Receptionist / Insurance Coordinator at Ruh Al Barsha Dental Clinic.
The clinic seeks an experienced receptionist with strong communication skills and experience handling medical or dental insurance.
Salary
- Salary is up to AED 3,500 per month, based on experience.
Location
- Work location is Al Barsha 1, Dubai.
Working hours
- Working hours are 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Candidate requirements
- Previous experience in a UAE medical or dental clinic is preferred.
- Practical medical or dental insurance-handling experience is highly preferred; familiarity with insurance portals, approvals, and claims processing is requested.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- Candidates must reside in Dubai; living near Al Barsha is preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable with the stated working hours.
- Own UAE residence visa and immediate availability are preferred.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, patient registrations, appointments, and inquiries.
- Handle insurance verification, eligibility checks, pre-authorizations, claim submissions, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with insurers and TPAs on approvals, rejections, and claim settlements.
- Manage billing, invoicing, collections, and payment follow-ups; maintain patient records in clinic management or EMR software.
- Handle calls and WhatsApp inquiries, confirm appointments, and coordinate with doctors and clinical staff.
- Support patient conversions, treatment follow-ups, and clinic sales targets while maintaining a welcoming patient experience.
