Contribute to patient relationships and clinic growth under a 40–50% revenue-sharing model.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat dental conditions, including fillings, cleanings, extractions, crowns, bridges, root canals, and cosmetic smile treatments.
- Develop customized treatment plans based on patients' oral health and concerns.
- Educate patients about oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records using clinic systems.
- Comply with UAE health regulations and standards.
- Uphold the clinic's reputation through professional and ethical conduct.
- Collaborate with other specialists and departments as needed.
- Help promote dental services through word-of-mouth and community engagement.
Candidate Requirements
- Be a qualified General Dentist.
- Arabic-speaking communication ability is required for the role.
- Strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centric approach are required.
- Experience with a broad range of general dental treatments is required.
Compensation
- The role follows a 40–50% revenue-sharing model.
