The medical center seeks a qualified, experienced Arabic-speaking General Dentist.
The role uses a 40–50% revenue-sharing model and focuses on high-quality, patient-centered dental care and clinic growth.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat fillings, cleanings, extractions, crowns, bridges, root canal treatments, and Hollywood smile cases.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to patients’ oral health and concerns.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain accurate patient records in clinic systems and comply with UAE health regulations and standards.
- Maintain ethical, professional conduct; collaborate with specialists and departments; promote services through community engagement and word of mouth.
Candidate requirements
- Arabic-speaking candidate with strong clinical skills in general dentistry.
- Excellent communication abilities and a patient-centric approach.
Compensation
- Compensation is based on a 40–50% revenue-sharing model.
Workplace and employment
- Full-time role; work is in person.
