Key responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming environment for guests.
  • Serving food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assisting with food preparation and presentation as required.
  • Supporting cash handling and operating tills accurately.
  • Ensuring service areas, counters, and dining spaces are clean, safe, and well maintained.
  • Following all food safety, health and safety, and company procedures.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high standards of service.
  • Supporting with stock replenishment and general housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Previous hospitality, catering, retail, or customer service experience is desirable.
  • Retail experience preferred.
  • Basic IT skills required.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
  • A flexible and reliable approach to work.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
