Key Responsibilities
- Process receipts, payments, refunds, and vendor invoices.
- Perform bank, customer, vendor, commission, and insurance reconciliations.
- Manage petty cash, daily deposits, and monthly expense accounting.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and insurance companies regarding payments and refunds.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and resolve unallocated transactions.
- Support financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
