Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant – Generalist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day accounting operations along with supporting back-office functions, document control, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Excel, and a solid understanding of VAT and corporate tax frameworks. Preference will be given to candidates available for immediate joining.

Note: Initial company orientation and training will be provided by our Dubai team prior to allocation to Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Process and manage credit notes as required
• Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and applicable tax laws
• Handle general accounting entries, reconciliations, and reporting tasks
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments
• Respond to and resolve customer queries related to billing and documentation
• Perform back-office operations and support day-to-day office activities
• Manage document control, including filing, tracking, and maintaining records systematically
• Assist in administrative tasks such as coordination, reporting, and internal documentation
• Support audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
• Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting / Finance (Required)
• Minimum 2-3 years of accounting experience (GCC experience preferred)
• Basic knowledge of VAT and corporate tax regulations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively

Language Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Required)
• Knowledge of Malayalam / Tamil / Hindi / Arabic is an added advantage.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
