About This Role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, account reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and petty cash transactions.
- Payment follow-ups and maintain ageing reports.
- Prepare SOAs for payables and receivables.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Prepare financial forecast and provide indicators for financial readiness and backup plans.
- Coordinate with management for understanding of business plans and strategies to create budgets and estimates.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking.
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports.
- Prepare Quotations, estimates related to business activities.
- Coordinate with supervisors to prepare work schedules, track and record time attendance.
- Prepare payroll for all staff
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate purchases.
- Assist in HR administrative tasks such as attendance tracking and employee records.
- Support management in administrative tasks and internal communication.
- Ensure proper maintenance of office facilities and liaise with vendors/service providers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software (Tally, or ERP systems).
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills
- Pay: QAR3,000.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
