General Accountant / Account Manager

• About the Company
• BG Technical Services LLC is a growing technical services and property management company specializing in building maintenance, facility management, and real estate operations across Dubai.
• We are looking for a highly skilled, proactive, and experienced finance professional to join our management team.
• ***Position Summary***
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's complete finance and accounting functions while supporting real estate operations, maintenance management, banking relationships, and strategic financial planning.
• This position reports directly to the Company Owner and works closely with the Property Manager and Operations Team.
• ***Key Responsibilities***
• Manage the complete accounting and finance operations of the company.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and annual financial statements.
• Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Payroll, VAT, and Bank Reconciliations.
• Prepare budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial reports.
• Manage company cash flow and working capital efficiently.
• Handle banking facilities, loan settlements, bank correspondence, and financial documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.
• Support and monitor real estate operations in collaboration with the Property Manager.
• Control maintenance project costs and monitor operational profitability.
• Assist the Company Owner with personal financial transactions and investment-related matters.
• Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and reporting procedures.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE financial regulations and VAT requirements.
• ***Mandatory Requirement***s
• Professional Qualification: CA / CMA / ACCA (Qualified or Finalist).
• Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations and financial reporting.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
• ***Preferred Qualifications***
• The following qualifications will be considered an added advantage:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field (B.Com, M.Com, B.Sc. or equivalent).
• Experience in Technical Services, Facility Management, Construction, or Real Estate companies.
• Experience in cash flow management, banking facilities, budgeting, and financial planning.
