Overview
- Manage daily accounting activities, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
- Process and review purchasing transactions, supplier invoices, and customer billing
- Handle sales delivery transactions and ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Monitor and reconcile inventory movements, stock valuation, and costing
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly and annual financial statements
- Ensure accurate VAT reporting, tax compliance, and financial reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records in the
Odoo Accounting System
- Support trading operations with financial insights and cost analysis
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure data accuracy
