Job Description
Madar Steel Industries is looking for a responsible and vigilant **Gatekeeper** to manage entry and exit at our facility.
The ideal candidate should ensure security, maintain records, and support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Maintain gate registers for visitors, materials, and vehicles
- Check IDs and issue visitor passes as per company policy
- Coordinate with security and management when required
- Ensure company property and premises are secure at all times
- Report any suspicious activity or safety concerns immediately
- Follow company safety and security procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Gatekeeper / Security / Watchman preferred
- Basic communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu is an advantage)
- Ability to maintain records and logs
- Physically fit and alert during duty hours
- Honest, disciplined, and punctual
Working Hours
- As per company schedule
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: As per company policy
- Other benefits as per UAE labor law
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
