Responsibilities

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends
  • Willingness to work in inclement weather conditions
  • Full driving licence (desirable)
  • Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour
  • Basic knowledge of horticultural practices and plant care
  • Competence in safely operating powered garden tools and machinery
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
  • Minimum GCSE (or equivalent) qualification
