Garage Technician I

Safe and efficient repair and maintenance on company fleet of storage and over the road trailers

Reports to DTI Leadership

Executes work under direction or established procedures 90% of the time.

Works independently setting work schedule priorities 10% of the time.

Does not supervise others.

Temporary assignments in other areas of the garage as needed.

Minimal overtime may be required to fulfill responsibilities. No overnight travel expected.

Extensive standing and/or walking on concrete asphalt in outdoor environment.

Temperature extremes (Winter Summer working conditions) working in both indoor and outdoor weather conditions as required for maintaining trailers and associated equipment.
