Operations Clerk

Coordinates dock flow for all outbound loads

Tracks and verifies paperwork and product on trailers

Investigates shortages of product in the picking process

Compares accuracy of supplier bills

Chooses and stages loads to be received

Prints, distributes, and finalizes shipping and receiving paperwork as needed

Inspect & record inbound vehicle data

Verifying correct load & temperature settings

Use of Yard Management systems.

Process Company Driver check-in paperwork

Bachelor’s Degree

Experience with warehouse computer systems

Ability to accept changing work demands

Previous leadership experience

Schedule: Full Time Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:30am - 7:00pm

Reports To: Operations Support Manager

Wage Range: $15.37 - $23.05 per hour
