Job Description
- Supervise daily workshop operations, assigning and monitoring repair work for mechanics and technicians.
- Diagnose complex vehicle and heavy equipment issues while providing technical support and quality control.
- Coordinate spare parts availability, preventive maintenance schedules, and workshop documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, manage staff productivity, and resolve repair-related customer complaints.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in a Foreman or Workshop Supervisory role.
- Experience with petrol vehicles, diesel vehicles, heavy vehicles, and construction equipment.
- Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
- Must be Hindi speaker
