About the Client:

An ultra-luxury beachfront landmark in Dubai offering an elite lifestyle ecosystem of bespoke residences and world-class wellness amenities.

Job Description

  • Greet residents/guests and manage all inquiries, deliveries, and bookings.
  • Monitor visitor entry and coordinate with security to ensure property safety.
  • Assist residents with lifestyle requests, from transport to local recommendations.
  • Maintain the pristine appearance of the lobby and ensure all front-of-house operations run smoothly.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role from a luxury/5-star hotel or high-end residential environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Physically fit, well-groomed, proactive and team-player.
  • Professional proficiency in Russian and English is required due to regular interaction with Russian-speaking guests.
