· Greet and interact with guests professionally, providing information about available games and entertainment offerings.

· Demonstrate and explain gaming equipment and rules to guests.

· Promote responsible gaming behaviors in accordance with local legal standards.

· Operate and monitor various gaming equipment as per the set standards and requirements.

· Troubleshoot and report technical issues with machines or gaming software.

· Ensure proper handling, cleanliness, and maintenance of gaming equipment.

· Conduct regular inspections of the gaming area to ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness for guest use.

· Ensure adherence to Local regulations governing entertainment and leisure operations.

· Maintain accurate logs of daily operations, including customer usage, incidents, and maintenance records.

· Report any suspicious or non-compliant behavior in line with the responsible gaming guidelines.

· Support the implementation of in-house promotions, tournaments, and gaming competitions to drive engagement and revenue.

· Encourage upselling of premium entertainment packages and other food & beverage offerings during guest interaction.

· Ensure financial SOP are adhered to.

· Ensure compliance with all safety protocols related to electronic equipment and crowd management.

· Promote sustainable practices in alignment with the Dubai Sustainable Tourism (DST) initiative by minimizing electronic waste and ensuring responsible energy use within the gaming zone.
