- **Mixology & Recipes:** Prepare a wide range of classic and innovative cocktails, accurately recalling complex recipes and BARTENDER REQUIRED SKILLS.
- **High-Speed Pouring:** Execute rapid, multi-layered service techniques (such as free-pouring, two-hand pouring, and using ice scoops swiftly).
- **Customer Interaction:** Assess guest preferences, make drink recommendations, and provide an inviting, interactive bar experience Bartender job description.
- **Bar Maintenance:** Restock inventory, wash glassware, and maintain a pristine, well-organized bar station.
- **Compliance & Safety:** Comply with all food and beverage health regulations, maintain hygiene standards, and verify the legal drinking age of patrons
