Job purpose
Oversee quality, health, safety, environmental, and security matters across a complex or attraction.
Maintain a secure and compliant environment for employees, guests, and assets through protocols, risk management, incident response, and coordination with authorities.
Strategy and governance
- Implement SEVEN QHSSE standards and policies across the complex or attraction.
- Set QHSSE team performance goals and coordinate security resource allocation, budgeting, and staffing.
- Monitor compliance through audits and assessments and implement corrective actions.
Security operations
- Lead security personnel and manage the appointed third-party security provider.
- Develop security policies, procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Monitor access control systems, surveillance, and other security measures.
Risk, incidents and compliance
- Conduct risk assessments and manage incidents and emergencies with local authorities and internal teams.
- Prepare incident reports documenting breaches, investigations, and resolutions, including management reports.
- Liaise with law enforcement, emergency services, and regulatory authorities.
- Manage audits and inspections against local regulations, QHSSE standards, and internal policies.
Training and asset protection
- Develop QHSSE training for employees, security staff, and attraction operations teams.
- Coordinate emergency drills, identify improvement opportunities, and provide reports.
- Implement loss prevention strategies and review security systems for vulnerabilities.
- Support facility management with physical security systems, including CCTV, alarms, and access controls.
People, budgets and guest experience
- Manage QHSSE budgets, expenses, staffing, and resources to support effective operations.
- Lead performance management and development for the QHSSE team and security personnel.
- Promote safety, integrity, and service excellence and contribute to a positive guest experience.
Role requirements
