Role overview

Operations and service standards

• Ensure operations comply with the Foodhall Operations Manual, company standards, policies, procedures, service sequences, and operational standards.
• Support guest satisfaction initiatives and service quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization across the dining hall.
• Verify opening readiness and completion of opening checklists; monitor closing procedures and operational checklists.

Guest service

• Ensure guests are welcomed in a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic manner.
• Maintain guest service standards and customer satisfaction throughout service periods.

Team leadership

• Prepare staff schedules and submit them for line manager approval at least 48 hours in advance.
• Train and develop floor organizers and other service staff; ensure staff know menu items and can guide guests.
• Provide performance feedback to the line manager and promote professionalism, teamwork, and operational discipline.
• Maintain effective communication with managers, colleagues, and team members.

Experience and knowledge

• At least 5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Experience in high-volume dining environments, restaurants, or food halls is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and service standards.

Skills and capabilities

• Ability to analyze operational and financial reports, including budgets, P&L statements, and cost control reports.
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, and POS systems.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-paced hospitality environments.
