Fund Operations Manager / Head | Hedge Fund (Mandarin is Must)

About This Role

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of daily hedge fund operations, including:
• Trade support and P&L reconciliation
• NAV verification and valuation process management
• Cash management, fund flow monitoring, and reconciliations
• Manage and liaise with Prime Brokers, Fund Administrators, Custodians, Auditors, and Banks
• Establish, optimize, and maintain fund operational processes, internal controls, and SOPs
• Coordinate closely with Trading, Investment, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure seamless operational support for trading activities
• Participate in new fund launches, including fund structuring, account opening, and system implementation
• Support regulatory, compliance, and audit requirements on an ongoing basis

Requirements (Must-Have)

• ⚠️ Hedge fund candidates only

Mandatory:

• Proven experience in hedge fund operations
• Candidates from mutual funds, investment banks (middle/back office), trusts, or private equity without hedge fund structures will NOT be considered
• Strong working proficiency in both Mandarin and English, able to communicate professionally in a front-office environment
• Solid understanding of hedge fund operational workflows, controls, and service provider management
• UAE experience is not must, Chinese speaking is a Must
