- We are hiring a Real Estate Lawyer to join a fast-growing, internationally expanding real estate and living brand.
- Based in Dubai, this role covers both UAE and KSA operations and sits at the heart of a business scaling rapidly across the region.
- This is a hands-on transactional role.
- You will manage deals end to end, work directly with senior leadership, and be a key part of building the legal function from the ground up in this market.
- What you will be doing
- Handling a broad range of UAE real estate transactions acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development agreements
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial real estate documents including sale and purchase contracts, transfers, strata documents and leases
- Managing real estate due diligence and supervising junior team members
- Collaborating with construction, finance, corporate and planning teams locally and internationally
- Advising on KSA real estate transactions where required
- What we are looking for
- 6–7 years' experience in real estate law
- Strong UAE real estate transactional background essential
- High-level drafting capability and solid working knowledge of UAE real estate legislation
- Experience in investment-based acquisitions and disposals, including corporate share acquisitions
- Ability to manage complex transactions independently from start to finish
