We are partnering with a fast-growing residential real estate owner and operator that is expanding its footprint across the Middle East.
The business focuses on creating community-driven residential experiences, combining high-quality living environments with exceptional resident engagement and operational excellence.
The company is now building its UAE platform and seeking a Head of Finance to join its regional leadership team.
The Opportunity
The Head of Finance will play a critical role in supporting the company's continued growth across the region.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, this position will be responsible for establishing financial rigor, driving operational performance, and building scalable finance processes and controls.
This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on finance leader who enjoys operating in a high-growth environment and wants to make a visible impact on the development of a regional business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of corporate and property accounting
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
- Manage treasury, liquidity, and cash flow forecasting
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax, regulatory, and governance requirements
- Develop and maintain financial controls, policies, and procedures
- Support strategic decision-making through financial modelling and business analysis
- Partner closely with operations and leadership teams to drive performance
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance function
- Establish scalable systems, reporting frameworks, and finance processes to support growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Professional qualification such as CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent
- 8–12 years of progressive finance experience
- Strong understanding of financial accounting, treasury, FP&A, and financial controls
- Proven experience operating in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience building processes, systems, and teams from the ground up
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience within real estate, property, hospitality, asset management, or other asset-intensive sectors is highly desirable
- Arabic language skills are advantageous
