You’ll join a tight-knit shop where the team relies on each other and takes pride in doing the job right. What you’ll do

• Diagnose and repair gas and diesel engines, transmissions, drivelines, axles, and transfers
• Service electrical, brake, air, and hydraulic systems
• Handle mid-level repairs (no overhauls) and minor fabrication with torches and welders
• Respond to occasional road calls and keep accurate service records
• Pitch in with the team on shop upkeep and seasonal needs What we’re looking for
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement-we train for this, no need to have it when you come onboard
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work in a shop environment
• A dependable, team-first attitude—someone the crew can count on Nice to have
• At least 5 years of mechanical experience on cars, trucks, and heavy equipment

• Diesel school, GMC, Ford, or Allison Transmission certifications
• Heavy equipment shop experience What we offer
