Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Software development and maintenance for multiple software components.
• Analyse business requirements for the WMPC stakeholders.
• Design, plan and deliver sustainable solutions using modern programming languages.
• Providing technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing applications.
• Conduct code reviews and test software as needed, along with participating in application architecture and design and other phases of SDLC.
• See that proper operational controls and procedures are implemented to process move from test to production.
• Support and Maintain existing tools and technologies.

The Team

Your Skills And Experience

• Software engineer/developer focused on Java, TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, PostgreSQL, REST Webservice, Spring Boot Microservice Application Development.
• Good Understanding of Azure Cloud and DevOps using Ansible/Terraform.
• Know-how to apply standards, methods, techniques and templates as defined by our SDLC Git, DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Monitoring/Observability, Test Automations.
• Produce secure and clean code that is stable, operational, consistent and well-performing.
• Design, plan and deliver solutions in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Bachelor's/master's degree in engineering or equivalent with a focus in Cloud, Spring Boot Microservice Application Development and minimum of 8+ years of relevant hands-on experience.
• Good to have Knowledge on AI.
• Well versed with Agile Scrum methodology.
