Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transfer details and timelines with counterparties; process instructions against trade details and ensure accurate SWIFT instructions to custodians.
• Follow up transfers for smooth settlement and ensure transactions are processed accurately by end of day.
• File and archive trade documentation; resolve disputes and discrepancies with custodians, counterparties and front office.
• Ensure securities assets are received or delivered; perform daily reconciliations and ad hoc project work.
• Continue self-development and cross-training across Operations Services.

Skills and experience

• At least five years' experience in financial institutions and a good understanding of financial markets and asset transfer processes.
• Excellent written and oral communication, time management, prioritisation, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure; sound risk and control perspective.
• High attention to detail, analytical ability and excellent reconciliation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Interest in exploring AI workflow improvements, with judgment to validate outputs and follow policy, risk standards and ethical-use requirements.
