Full Stack Engineer – Node.js, React.js, TypeScript & NoSQL

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent relevant education and professional experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of professional experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and NoSQL databases.
• Demonstrated experience with REST APIs, performance tuning, debugging, monitoring, build automation, CI/CD, testing, and production support.
• Relevant certifications in web development, JavaScript/TypeScript, cloud technologies, DevOps, or Agile delivery are preferred but not mandatory.
• Maintain continuous professional development in full-stack engineering, ReactJS, NodeJS, TypeScript, NoSQL technologies, performance optimization, CI/CD, security, and modern web development practices.

• Preferred: Experience in Banking or Retail domain applications.
• Preferred: Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Candidates may also qualify through an equivalent combination of relevant professional experience, technical training, demonstrable full-stack development skills, and successful delivery of comparable web applications.
• Day-to-Day Activities
• Develop, test, review, and maintain ReactJS interfaces, TypeScript components, NodeJS services, REST APIs, and NoSQL data integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams through planning sessions, stand-ups, refinement meetings, code reviews, testing discussions, and production support activities.
• Deliver application features, reusable components, automated build and deployment changes, performance improvements, defect fixes, monitoring updates, and technical documentation.
• Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, make implementation decisions within established standards, and escalate risks affecting quality, performance, security, or delivery timelines.
