Overview
Senior Frontend Engineer — React / Vue + TypeScript
Our
Customer Service squad
builds and enhances support experiences across our products.
We integrate with our
CRM
and internal systems to improve agent productivity and customer outcomes, with a strong focus on
AI-assisted customer service
.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex UIs using
- React or Vue + TypeScript
- for customer service workflows.
- Develop reusable components and scalable
- frontend architecture
- (state management, routing, shared UI patterns).
- Implement
- customer support experiences
- (case views, timelines, forms, queues, templates, attachments).
- Integrate
- AI-assisted features into the UX
- (e.g., summaries, suggested replies, smart guidance), with clear review/approval flows.
- Collaborate with product, design, backend, and operations to ship improvements that impact CSAT and efficiency.
- Ensure quality through code reviews, testing, performance tuning, and robust release practices.
- Mentor engineers and drive frontend standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Experience with CRM or customer support platforms (any major CRM/vendor).
- Strong experience with
- React or Vue
- and
TypeScript
- .
- Solid experience building component-based UI and maintaining design consistency.
- Strong testing experience (Jest/Vitest + component testing; E2E with Cypress/Playwright is a plus).
- Experience integrating with APIs and handling complex UI states reliably.
- Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
- Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI-assisted product features and good UX patterns for “human-in-the-loop” workflows.
- Monorepos (Nx/Turborepo), micro frontends, or design systems.
- Observability and performance monitoring experience.
