About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Android Developer who can build high‑quality, scalable, and user‑centric mobile applications. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and is excited about integrating AI‑driven features into modern mobile products. You’ll work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver seamless experiences to users across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications using Kotlin and Java .
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Integrate AI/ML components , APIs, or SDKs into mobile applications (preferred).
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and usability issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends, tools, and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional Android development experience .
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin (primary) and Java .
• Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and modern app architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third‑party libraries.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development workflows.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills (AI‑Related)

• Experience integrating AI/ML models into mobile apps (TensorFlow Lite, ML Kit, on‑device inference, etc.).
• Understanding of LLMs, embeddings, or AI‑powered features such as chatbots, recommendations, or image processing.
• Exposure to cloud‑based AI services (Azure, Google Cloud, AWS).
• Interest in experimenting with emerging AI technologies.
