Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Assist guests with enquiries, directions and local information.
- Arrange transportation, restaurant bookings and other guest requests.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service.
- Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Concierge, Guest Services Agent or similar Front Office role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of Abu Dhabi/UAE is an advantage.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.

Front Office Supervisor
to lead our Front Office team and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily Front Office operation.
- Support and coach Front Office team members.
- Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor service standards and ensure company procedures are followed.
- Prepare reports and assist the Front Office Manager when required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a Front Office or Reception role, including supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Opera or similar PMS is an advantage.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
