About the Position
We’re currently looking for a proactive and highly organised
Front Office Executive
to join our Sinotruk division in Abu Dhabi.
This is a key all-rounder role, working closely with the General Manager and acting as a central support across the business.
This role is for UAE Nationals Only.
You’ll be the face of the division, ensuring a professional and welcoming front office experience, while also supporting with sales coordination, admin and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and visitors, ensuring a high standard of service
- Supporting sales administration, documentation and reporting
- Managing emails, calendars and meeting coordination for the GM
- Assisting with internal coordination, events and office operations
- Acting as a reliable right hand to the GM and wider team

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in admin, front office or sales support is a plus
