- We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base across financial consulting, regulatory compliance, and advisory services, including fractional CFO engagements and business setup advisory.
- This role requires a consultative approach to understand client needs and position the firm as a long-term strategic partner.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises
- Promote a broad range of services including:
- Business setup advisory (mainland, free zone, and structuring)
- Visa and regulatory support services
- Accounting & financial reporting
Vat & Corporate Tax Advisory
- Compliance and regulatory services
- Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
- Fractional CFO / outsourced finance function
- Build strong relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and key decision-makers
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored financial and business solutions
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Track pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong understanding of Business processes and strategic planning
- Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
- Experience with Account Management, monitoring client relationships, and delivering solutions
- Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in financial consultancy or services is an advantage
