Business Development Executive

About This Role

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base across financial consulting, regulatory compliance, and advisory services, including fractional CFO engagements and business setup advisory.

This role requires a consultative approach to understand client needs and position the firm as a long-term strategic partner.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across startups, SMEs, and growing enterprises
• Promote a broad range of services including:

Business setup advisory (mainland, free zone, and structuring)
Visa and regulatory support services
Accounting & financial reporting
VAT & Corporate Tax advisory
Compliance and regulatory services
Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
Fractional CFO / outsourced finance function

• Build strong relationships with founders, entrepreneurs, and key decision-makers
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Understand client requirements and recommend tailored financial and business solutions
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and service delivery
• Track pipeline, conversions, and performance metrics

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business processes and strategic planning
• Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written communication
• Experience with Account Management, monitoring client relationships, and delivering solutions
• Proven ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced working environment
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in financial consultancy or services is an advantage
