Role overview
Provides guest transportation and supports Front Office operations at the hotel.
Key responsibilities
- Transport guests safely and courteously to and from the airport and other requested destinations.
- Assist with luggage and operate cars, vans, and trucks in compliance with traffic and road-safety rules.
- Inspect vehicles, monitor maintenance, and keep vehicle documentation current.
- Plan efficient routes and maintain mileage, fuel, vehicle-use, and delivery records.
- Report incidents, damage, defects, and safety concerns promptly.
- Follow hotel standards and prevent unauthorized use of hotel vehicles.
- Assist the Bell Desk and Front Office when transportation duties are not scheduled.
Requirements
- A valid driving license for the relevant vehicle category, including cars and/or trucks.
- Previous experience in a similar driving role; luxury hotel or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Good English communication skills.
- Commitment to safe driving, vehicle care, and guest service.
- Professional, reliable, responsible approach and good time management.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays; team-oriented approach.
