You will be part of the Front Office team, working alongside Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, Door, PBX, and Reservations colleagues.

You will report directly to the Front Office leadership team and support them in delivering exceptional guest experiences and seamless daily operations.

As Front Desk Supervisor, you play a key role in shaping the guest journey from the moment they arrive.

You will ensure the Front Desk team delivers warm, intuitive, and efficient service while upholding Rosewood’s operational standards.

Your strong leadership, attention to detail, and guest-focused mindset will help maintain smooth daily operations, resolve guest concerns, and support overall hotel success.

You will collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Accounting, and other internal teams to ensure an effortless and memorable stay for every guest.
