The Finance team at Rosewood Abu Dhabi plays a vital role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and strategic management of the hotel’s financial operations.

From accounting and reporting to budgeting and compliance, the team supports the business in driving performance and informed decision-making.

As a Management Trainee – Finance, you will report to the Assistant Director of Finance and work closely with all areas of the Finance division, gaining comprehensive, hands-on experience across multiple financial functions.

As a Management Trainee within Finance, you will undertake a structured 12-month development journey designed to build your knowledge and skills across core finance functions.

You will gain practical exposure to accounting operations, financial reporting, audits, and budgeting processes, while contributing to the daily activities of the department.

This role is ideal for a motivated graduate who is eager to learn, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
